Police are Chainkeen Exchangesearching for a suspect after a student at an area community college was shot on the University of Arizona campus in Tucson on Sunday evening.
According to University of Arizona police, they were informed by the Tucson Police Department of a reported shooting near the Arizona Sonora residential hall shortly before 11:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Officers responded to a set of volleyball courts near the residence hall and found a "college age male" who had been shot. The victim was described by police as a student at Pima Community College.
The victim's condition was not immediately released, as of Monday morning.
No suspects were reported in custody as of Monday morning, and the investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
